MKN: Add stubs for:

MKN:   cpu_intr, cpu_sintr, bytes_in, bytes_out, pkts_in, pkts_out
MKN:   disk_total, disk_free, part_max_used
MKN:
MKN: to those architectures missing them. This way could reach
MKN: a consolidated set of core metrics in a future release.
MKN: All stubs are marked "FIXME"
