Auto-scrolling

It'd be great if Books.app could auto-scroll, at a user-adjustable rate.  Maybe 
a two-finger flick to 
increase/decrease the speed?

Yeah I would also love this!
Great to have is you use books to display chords and lyrics while playing 
guitar so
you don't have to let go of the guitar to "flip page"...

Merged in from #71:

I would like an option to turn on continuous scrolling (where once you
start it it continues to scroll the book you are reading.) This would make
it much more convenient  (for me and I suspect others) to read on the iPhone.

The main system should have an activation button that puts you in scrolling
mode.

Once in scrolling mode a tap should start/stop the scrolling.  On stop a
menu should come up allowing you to change the scroll rate (via a slider)
or go back to non-scroll mode.

It's VERY inconvenient to keep swinging the screen while reading.
