[BUG] Asses whether `victoria-logs` is required as an image in `container.yaml`

During the introduction of VictoriaLogs, the victoria-logs image was added to containers.yaml.
This might have been a mistake that needs to be cleaned up, since I can't find it being used anywhere - it should be created by the operator.
