When I read the doc, I was wondering how I'll be able to start backstop locally. And in fact, it's possible.

You can do:

npm install backstopjs -D

and after:

npx backstopjs

like in package.json

"scripts": {
    "test:visual-regression": "npx backstop test",
    "test:visual-regression:reference": "npx backstop reference"

This is for me what I call "locally" to be honest. So I'm not sure the doc is well explained about that. But I'm maybe wrong. Just confused.
