prevent player getting killed if spawnpoint is too close to world origin #700

Since a player spawns at the world origin until being moved to a spawnpoint the IsSpawnpointSuiteable function is detecting the player inside the range, make the loop ignore that to prevent the function killing the player on his initial spawn.

Something I noticed after fixing that is that props I spawn seem to be not colliding with my player entity and can't be interacted with (no physgun grab, halo or gravgun punt / grab), guess I have yet to find out where this comes from (might be related in some way :/)

Edit: turned out to be a bug in one of my scripts...
