if javascript is enabled, the Ajax creation of a new post shows "date" in epoch seconds until the page is refreshed

The unix epoch time is formatted into human readable local time
only upon reading posts from the database. The Ajax update showed the post
with raw unix time. Now cast it into the same format as SQLite's datetime.
