--filter-owners hides parents of transitive dependencies #3
Description
Which is kinda right, but not very useful. For example:
> psc-dependencies --lookup purescript-transformers --filter-owners garyb
Dependants of purescript-transformers:
purescript-quickcheck-laws* - https://github.com/garyb/purescript-quickcheck-laws
Since purescript-quickcheck-laws is a transitive dependency this info isn't very useful, we should preserve any parent dependencies in the list, even if they fail the filter.
