Image upload confirmation dialog

I can imagine the usage pattern when user might want upload only some of new images and paste others locally.
For this case it would be nice to have a dialog: "Would you like to upload this image or paste is locally?"
With the following options:

• paste locally
• upload to Imgur
• always upload to Imgur

And the checkbox option on settings tab like:
"Confirm before remote upload?"
