egl: fix GLES2 support in RGBA 8:8:8:8 mode.

... aka fix DEPTH to be 24, not 8 in this case. Other change includes
a minor cosmetics (vertical alignment).

This is depth buffer, not color depth. We don't use a depth buffer, we only provide a small one for vis/screensavers.
