Slaves are now correctly cleaned

We weren't running --delete on slaves, even if configured.
Fixed.
Also some small detail improvements.

KNOWN BUGS:

• Occasionally plugin stops getting events from sublime. Can't track if it's a problem with plugin or Sublime.
• Sometimes remote check won't work as expected.
