Support self-signed certificates in direct download API

Currently, the DownloadSupport helpers fail when they encounter a self-signed SSL certificate. It would be cool to just flip a boolean switch to ignore this.

I'll take a look, but this would be very invasive as it's a JVM wide setting.

It might be more appropriate to do it in the GebConfig due to its global nature.
