Changed the swig version number to the latest version available (v1.0.0 at the moment).
The init() method of Swig is not supported anymore with the latest version (v.1.0.0), which caused an error when templates were rendered. setDefaults() seams to be the alternative to the issue.

Was loading header twice. Now it load the footer at the bottom instead.
