Fixes the anchor links in the tutorial

@ben-ng Got to it before me! Mind changing the v0.10 branch as well so users get it? The tutorial in that branch is at the root.


Oh I forgot that docs are from the release branch!


I've cherried this into the release branch and pushed it to GH. It'll get picked up by the docs in less than 24hrs.
