Update Django multi-server orchestration example in Chapter 3 to use Django 3 #221
Description
It seems the current example was written for Django <2, which is a bit out of date now, and also only works on Python 2 (which is fine on CentOS 7 I guess... but it would be nice to have the example work on a more modern Python version).
