The current version of the book (1.23) seems to have the same code in it. Is it possible you're working from an older release of the book (see 'Current Published Book Version Information' in the Preface for your copy's version.)

It's the section "Deploying to app servers behind a load balancer" right after the graphic of "Four server behind a load balancer." I'm using version 1.23 on Kindle.

@claycooper oh my, you're quite right! I have fixed this in the book and it will be updated in the next revision.
