Specify supported debian releases #69

I have not tested them, just inferred from the vars/Debian-*.yml files which versions should work, and which don't.
Also i am not sure if this translates correctly for galaxy. I could not find any documentation about that.

@geerlingguy the situation right now is kind of confusing, because specifying all here leads to galaxy claiming support for
buster, etch, jessie, lenny, sid, squeeze, stretch and wheezy
which is certainly not the case.

The role currently supports trusty, but I think I'll remove that support since trusty is no longer receiving LTS support from Canonical. But this can remain for now.

My roles don't support non-LTS releases of Ubuntu. Too many annoying edge cases to support :)

So this list should currently be trusty, xenial, bionic.

This list needs to include buster as well.
