Description
I was surprised to see this option missing from your listing of mini-racks. Much like the LACK rack, you can DIY a 10" mini-rack from a $20 Ikea EKET storage cube, which is available in a choice of colors, one of which should be more acceptable to the other members of your household than the others. For added fun, you can stuff multiple EKET cubes into a KALLAX shelf for Rackception.

I've added a picture from the Reddit post (hopefully that's okay with u/Leafeon_TheGrassType!). Will get this added to the site as well. Not a bad option at all!
Issue #195: Add Ikea EKET rack.

Love the incorporation of timber and good idea using the rack rails. Can I ask what your centre-centre hole spacing is across the width of the rack and also your usable width within the rails are? I got some rack rails designed for cage nuts, but its looking like it's impossible to meet the standard spec on Wikipedia for a 10" rack, there seems to be too much metal on the edges of the rack rails such that it reduces the width between the racks too much, i.e. below 222mm.

Which PDU is that? I don't think it's listed on the PDU list.

Interested in running 4-9 Pi 5s in something like this. Trying to consolidate power and networking into a single choice of USB-C OR Ethernet (POE++). Another 2U tray for 4-8 2.5" SSDs - haven't worked out the best way to connect those in yet.
8x25A per Pi is a 4400 Watt power budget for the POE++ switch.
Are there places where these options and their tradeoffs are discussed?
