This is a collection of data analysis routines written for analysis of single-molecule light microscopy data and other kinds of data. It is intended for use by me and my collaborators, but other are welcome to use it if they think it will be useful. No support is provided. Use at your own risk.

License: In order to allow it to be easily used by other researchers, this software is open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 3. The license does impose some restrictions; please read the license for details.

Documentation: A programmatically generated list of the routines with some usage instructions and dependency information is in documentation/index.html.

Requirements: Some of the programs contained here require features that are present only in recent versions of Matlab. You may encounter problems if you use them with a non-current version. Some of the programs require the Parallel Computing Toolbox, Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, and/or Optimization Toolbox.
