only BAM sprites go though here anyway

This commit's comment "only BAM sprites go though here anyway" is incorrect. BlitGameSprite also calls BlitSpritePAL_dispatch/dispatch2 on indexed non-BAM sprites.

I realized that after ad rebased to remove the comment, but forgot about the message. the code is fine tho.
