How to throw out your Objective-C trampoline and use CoreMIDI in Swift.
Swift 2 added new functions to CoreMIDI to avoid C callbacks.
I didn't include an Bonjour code here, so use the Audio MIDI Setup utility to connect to a network session.
This is also my scratch pad for other things - like trying to get MIDIThru to work. They keep changing the API.
