This is a fix of the previous MantaOSC which was overclocking the CPU. Should work more reasonably now.

• replaced padVelocity events with padOn and padOff events

• This app is like MantaOSC but comes with additional higher-level stats which can be used as inputs alongside the raw pad/slider/button values
