GO-EC xref redundancy report

The format is

EC   NUM-CHILDREN EC-NAME
   GO-PARENT
        GO-CHILD1
        GO-CHILD2
        GO-CHILD3
        ...

where the EC is xreffed to the parent and all children

EC tree, with GO terms placed as subclasses (treating xref as subclass):
