Support Override generated settings from client.cfg using additional files:
This should never be used in Docker environments as all configuration MUST be addressed in Environment Variables.
However, when Deploying manually to a Tomcat instance, Envitonment vars and GX generated settings cannot be overwritten.
If client.cfg.dev file is present, then client.cfg.prod will be not read (This is for safety).
