Genix Core Wallet Upgrade - v2.2.1.0

  • Latest stable codebase from dashpay/dash
  • New spork keys owned by two core team members
  • Deterministic Masternodes with onchain masternode lists (DIP0008)
  • Masternode Collateral Upgrade - New collateral 100,000genix
  • Updated seed nodes
  • Fix corrupt image files
  • Change smallest unit from duffs to twigs
  • Removal of Private Send features to better align with future exchange requirements.

During the upgrade several soft-forks and one hard-fork will activate. We've aloud 50,000 blocks between now and the time of the hard fork. All old clients will be disconnected (forked) from the network at this height.

This release was a necessity due to the DIP0001 exploit bug which enabled users to mine blocks without any need for a valid masternodes list. The new code brings many upgrades and will serve the project well in future development and the security of its blockchain.

Genix Core is supported and extensively tested on operating systems using the Linux kernel, macOS 10.10+, and Windows 10. It is not recommended to use Genix Core on unsupported systems.
