This `Dockerfile` creates a docker image from the latest git checkouts of Mapcache and Node Mapcache.
There is no node or V8 specific code in the cleanup so it can be called by `atexit()`.
Cmake is commonly built from a `build` directory in the package root. This (and any other esoteric build location) is now supported.
The content length is system dependent: this deals with failing Travis CI tests.
This fixes issue #4.
This reverts commit 7077bd8. The commit passed the tests on the development machine but failed on Travis-CI: it needs more investigating.
This fixes issue #3 with benchmarks showing a slight performance boost. A side effect is that the memory pool allocated for the mapcache response is now cleaned up during the V8 garbage collection cycle instead of at the end of each request as was previously the case.
