There's an issue when using the barcode scanner check-in function where the scanned judging numbers are not being accepted and are not overriding the judging numbers generated by the system when an entry is added.

This issue was introduced in the 2.1.0 release when judging numbers were standardized to utilize 6 digit random numbers.

The latest commit will fix this issue, specifically, in the file /includes/process/process_barcode_check_in.inc.php. Replacing this file on your server IF you are running version 2.1.0 or later!

Or, simply erase lines 20-21 in the /includes/process/process_barcode_check_in.inc.php file, which read:

if (($row_enum['brewJudgingNumber'] != "") && (strlen($row_enum['brewJudgingNumber']) == 6)) $flag_enum[] = $row_enum['brewJudgingNumber']."*".$_POST['eid'.$id];
elseif ($row_jnum['count'] > 0) $flag_jnum[] = $judging_number."*".$_POST['eid'.$id];

And replace with:

if ($row_jnum['count'] > 0) $flag_jnum[] = $judging_number."*".$_POST['eid'.$id];
