When using the feature editor in an attribute (WFS or Vector Layer) that is configured in the mapbook with the type "select", the feature editor popup does not open and in the browser console gives the error: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method
'getElementsByTagName' of null"

To test:

  1. Uncomment the "test_select" on the sketch layer.
  2. Open the applicaiton.
  3. Click "Layer Tools" -> "Create Polygon"
  4. Create a polygon (double click to close the polygon)
  5. Click "Layer Tools" -> "Edit Attributes"
  6. There should be a "Test Select" with options "A", "B", "C".
