http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/api/records/foo correctly returns 404
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/api/records/foo/fa also returns 404, but with a different output (unexpected, but ok)
http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/api/records/foo/<script> returns the url, but html is properly encoded
