Gephi 0.8-beta is shipped with text files with DOS line-ending, making them non-exacutable

running dos2unix over the 4 files below fixes the problem

bash: bin/gephi: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

./../etc/gephi.conf: line 4: $'\r': command not found
./../etc/gephi.conf: line 9: $'\r': command not found
./../etc/gephi.conf: line 12: $'\r': command not found
./../platform/lib/nbexec: line 43: $'\r': command not found
./../platform/lib/nbexec: line 44: $'\r': command not found
./../platform/lib/nbexec: line 46: $'\r': command not found
./../platform/lib/nbexec: line 47: $'\r': command not found
./../platform/lib/nbexec: line 48: syntax error near unexpected token `$'{\r''
'/../platform/lib/nbexec: line 48: `resolve_symlink () {
