Could you give an example/tutorial?

I would be interested in using MATLAB to plot nodal displacement from modal analysis and on search I stumbled on this great tool. I would like to ask if you could provide an example of using computed modal shapes to plot and visualize 3D displacements with this tool. I know MATLAB have some inbult tools vi the pdeplot3d but the implementations are not as clear as this one.
