Allow obtaining all plugin options with the `option()` function #331

Let's say I have a plugin with the following options:

'options' => [
  'foo' => 'test',
  'bar' => 'test2'

As per the docs, I can obtain foo with option(''). Same thing for bar. However, for my use case, I need to obtain all options of the plugin and loop them. Unfortunately, options('yourname.yourplugin') doesn't do it, as one may expect.

I know I can simply nest all options under a key, but that creates unnecessary complexity. It would be great to be able to obtain all options anyways.
