`nikola auto -b` restarts the browser when the server restarts due to a Nikola code change #1069

To reproduce:

  (pip install -e ~/git/nikola)
$ nikola auto -b
  # browser starts up here.
$ echo '#hello world' >> ~/git/nikola/nikola/nikola.py
  # browser starts up yet again.

(and yes, I know it affects only a few people and is very hard to trigger, but that doesn’t make it less of a bug IMO)

This is weird, and I don't see how we could fix it, since it's a whole new instance of nikola that's running.

I started a debugger in auto's execute() and can't tell the difference between one and the next, so I can't tell if the browser needs starting or not.

Closing. If you are developing Nikola, don't use auto mode I guess.
