Unable to mute a Cron environment #103520

Steps to Reproduce
Currently, it's not possible to mute a cron environment. No error message appears in the UI. When I attempt to mute an environment, the “Saving changes…” message shows briefly and disappears, but the environment remains enabled.
- Navigate to a monitor with multiple environments (this one, for example)
- Attempt to mute an environment
- Observe that the UI shows "Saving changes…"
- After a few seconds, it disappears but nothing changes

Expected Result
The environment should successfully mute
