Add Release Tracking

This would be an API/push mechanism for clients to notify the server when a new version of an app has been released. The first version will be kept simple, with the idea that you post to the API after you've pushed out the version. The UI would then shift to reflect some things around that release.

• API to send a release event
• Release model which will be used for various metadata
• 'release' top level attribute in events API
• Tag events with release as 'sentry:release'
• Add some kind of "current release" annotation to grids
• Show global events in stream (i.e. version XXX was deployed at Y). This would only show in the time ordered views.
