Steps to Reproduce

This happened after upgrading sentry from helm chart version 18 to 26. Everything worked normally before that.
In order to repeat this you need to:

1. Install Telegram Notification integration
2. Configure it and connect it to the project
3. Create an alert that reacts to the creation of a new issue
4. Make a test issue and check that there is no activity in the created alert

Expected Result

Issue triggering alert and notifications comes in telegrams

Actual Result

Right now I have the following:

1. I set up the integration with telegram notifications, the test alert comes in, so I ruled out a problem with the integration working

2. I make a mistake in the code to create a new problem

3. I don't see anything in the alerts, that is literally it is empty
