we refactored the way MonitorCheckIn gets deleted through Monitor and MonitorEnvironment deletion, but in the process hurt direct MonitorCheckIn cleanup which also happens daily. Added a task to handle it and set the relations to use Bulk Deletion instead of defaulting to Bulk.
