'async' is a keyword in Python 3.7 #1047

gevent's loop has 'def async()' to create an async watcher, and there are also 'class async' classes to implement those watchers.

Add tests for Python 3.7a3.
No new unexpected failures.

Rename the 'async' methods and classes to 'async_'. I couldn't think
of a better name. But keep the old names available for BWC. Fixes #1047.
