The bulk of the corrections are an extra '=cut' at the end of files
which cause 'pod2man' to include a section at the end of the man page
labelled 'POD ERRORS'.

The exceptions were:

lib/Locale/Messages.pm had an '=item' that was not enclosed in '=over'
and '=back' clauses.

lib/Locale/TextDomain.pm has a '=back' clause without a prior blank line.
