Vulkan requires images to be able to be placed in host visible (cpu) memory. Currently only device local memory is exposed. With the current implementation for memory (a Vec<u8> backing our host visible memory) it shouldn't be too hard to add.

The buffer <-> image paths in Internal could be used to implement flush/invalidate behaviour.

This is blocking a pretty important set of tests on CTS (dEQP-VK.draw )

Note that there is a very limited set of images that Vulkan requires to support being host-visible. I.e. non-array 2D images of non-compressed formats.
