HOW TO USE IN ECLIPSE:
- Add the AppMonk Toolkit to your eclipse workspace
- In your actual project, open the properties dialog, select the Android section,
  and in the bottom half list, "Add" the AppMonk Toolkit project as a library.
- In the properties dialog, select the "Java Build Path", go to the "Source" tab,
  click on "Link Folder" and select the "src" folder inside AppMonk.
