Open only one CAN causes reserve all other CAN's pins #296

var controller = GHIElectronics.TinyCLR.Devices.Can.CanController.FromId("GHIElectronics.TinyCLR.NativeApis.LPC24.CanProvider\0");

it should touch only on CAN0, but in driver it scan and open all CANs.

The library was changed when add GetControllerCount, could not reproduce now.
