  1. Custom FilterSpec to limit groups to that of the user in list_filter

    Sub-classed Django's RelatedFilterSpec and filtered the available groups
    based on the current user's groups. This now overrides the standard
    FilterSpec for the groups field.
  2. Limit passwords changelist to those for a user and those in their groups

    A user can only access their own passwords and those assigned to the
    groups they are in.
  3. Set is_public on Password to a boolean field

    is_public is used in the list_display and so diplays the icons like a
    normal boolean field
