  2. Add config parameters to enable/disable dbs. 

    Default is true but on EL5, it is set to false for db services.

  6. Release v1.1.0 - Support EL5 and Suse 10 

    This adds the ability to enable/disable entire service sections for
implementations that do not support all of the services supported by
NSCD.

Also has the ability to disable/enable auto-propagate which is a
compatibility issue with the NSCD implementations in EL5 and Suse 10.
