YAT allows to add subtitles to voice files. This can be used to translate VPVR events.
Subtitles are located in UnityInjector\Config\Strings alongside normal string translations. Subtitles are put alongside normal text translations. However, translations for subtitles are matched by voice file name. Thus, if there is a voice sound file named S2_25565.ogg (Innocent maid laughing), the subtitle line looks as follows:

; Next, subtitle for file S2_25565.ogg
