[BUG] Some "unknown trackers" not being blocked on Firefox profiles

Tracker: collector.githubapp.com. (Edit: also api.github.com/_private/browser/stats)

EasyPrivacy and AdGuard Tracking Protection, plus other lists, all block this. Why isn't Ghostery?

"Allow trackers created by site owners" is switched off in my configuration. Does Ghostery still not block first-party fingerprinting even with this setting turned off?

Actual Behavior

See screenshots. I was on https://github.com/ghostery/ghostery-extension.

I used uBlock Origin to investigate the request, but you can see it still loads if you use the browser dev tools.

Ghostery is blocking this tracker on my Firefox Developer build but not in Stable. However, I have more about:config preferences changed in Stable, and I suspect this is causing the issue.
