This PR updates browser-core to a new version which includes several improvements to the integration of anti-tracking in ghostery:

  • Simplified API for whitelisting urls from ghostery side.
  • Internal fixes to some cases where whitelisting did not allow third-party cookies.
  • Anti-tracking policy now follows ghostery closer, only blocking third-party cookies from domains that ghostery has flagged as tracking. This should reduce some cases of unexpected breakage, where things are blocked that are not shown in the UI.
