- Removes support for Python 3.9
- Updates type hint syntax to be compatible with 3.10+
- Improves short description for the library
- Bump version
- Minor amends
…for Python 3.9, and update type hints for compatibility with Python 3.10. Also, upgrade pytest to version 9.* and adjust CI configuration accordingly.
