Adds a search menu item to the standard Vanilla Mobile theme.
You choose whether it is displayed as text or an icon button.

Installation

Place the unzipped plugin folder in your vanilla/plugins folder and then activate using the Dashboard.
Optionally configure using plugin settings page.
