🤔 Pourquoi ?
Permettre de modifier un diagnistic quand l'auteur a quitté la structure/organisation (on veut pouvoir régulariser les vieux diagnostics)
Ne plus mettre à jour la date d'expiration d'un vieux diagnostic
-> correction des données une fois mergé : à partir du dump du 27/01, charger pk/expires_at de tous les diags iae et geiq, et mettre à jour en db si la valeur est différente.
