🤔 Pourquoi ?
Pour permettre de donner une date logique de début de suivi aux groupes créés manuellement.
Vu la faible sensibilité de cette date, je l'ai rendue accessible tout le temps pour simplifier la fonctionnalité (pas besoin de ne le faire que pour la création et la modification de membership créées manuellement)
